Tooling

With more than 40 years of tool and molding experience, Phoenix Tool & Molding brings extensive knowledge and decades of expertise to our tooling capabilities. Our on-site tool room features today’s best equipment, allowing us to manufacture and maintain a wide variety of tools.

Injection Molding

Using today’s leading molding techniques, including all forms of decoupled molding, Phoenix Tool & Molding specializes in the use of both filled and unfilled engineering- and commodity-grade resins for all applications and needs, including:

Advanced materials
